For best quality, freeze as soon as possible after purchase and always within the use-by date. Once frozen, consume it within 3 months. Once defrosted, use it the same day. Do not refreeze once defrosted.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

To oven cook from chilled. Before Cooking: Remove all packaging. Place shoulder on a baking tray and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Place baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. After Cooking: Rest for 5 minutes before serving. Check that the food is piping hot throughout, all juices run clear and no pink colour remains. This is a guide only. All cooking appliances vary. Oven cook 220°C. Fan 200°C. Gas: 7. 25 minutes
