COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

oven cooks from chilled but can also be grilled. If freezing at home, please defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Remove all packaging. Preheat oven 210°C, fan 190°C, and Gas 7. Allow chops to reach room temperature. Rub with 5ml of vegetable oil and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Preheat frying pan to high heat. During cooking: For best results, the pan must be hot. Cook for 1 minute on each side. Transfer lamb to a baking tray and place on the middle shelf of the oven, Cook for 8 minutes. After cooking: Allow to rest on the baking tray for 2 minutes before serving. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Ensure product is cooked thoroughly until all the juices run clear and there is no raw meat inside. If cooked slowly, there is small risk that harmful bacteria may be present.
