COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Cook all products after they are chilled. If frozen, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking, remove all packaging. Preheat the oven to 180°C and preheat the frying pan. Heat 5 ml of vegetable oil in a pan; add meat and approximately 400 g of sliced root vegetables. Cook until the meat is brown on all sides.
After cooking, check that the food is piping hot and no pink colour remains. Remove from stock to serve. All cooking appliances vary. This is only a guide. If cooked slowly, there is a small risk that harmful bacteria may be present.
