COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

To shallow fry from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking, heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan. Remove all packaging. Place the liver in the pan. During cooking, shallow-fry on a moderate heat for 7-8 minutes. Turn occasionally. After cooking, check that the food is piping hot and no pink colour remains. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Ensure product is cooked thoroughly until all the juices run clear and there is no raw meat inside. If cooked slowly, there is small risk that harmful bacteria may be present.
