Cooking Instructions
Deep fry: 5/6 minutes Remove all packaging and place fish into hot oil
(180°C) until crisp and golden. Please make sure our fish is piping hot throughout before serving.
This product is sold raw. Ensure fish is fully cooked before eating

Keep chilled. Do not exceed use-by date

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Oven cook from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place Fish on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. During cooking: Cook from chilled 190°C / Fan 170°C / Gas 5 for 30 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking. After cooking: check if the food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary.
