Known as pangases or basa, a farmed fresh water meaty fish. It is wonderfully firm; it has no bones or skin. It is the fastest-growing fish in the world, with more and more countries farming it, from South America to China.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
For best results, cook from chilled. Remove all packaging. Pre-heat your pan over high heat, then reduce to medium and cook for 8–10 minutes, stirring frequently, until evenly browned. To prevent mince sticking, add a little water or oil. Alternatively, add stock or sauce and simmer for 20–25 minutes.
Check that the product is piping hot before serving. Do not re-heat.
